Allana Ferguson bio
Allana was selected to be a part of Australia at Rugby Sevens 2013, but later knee injuries forced her out of the game. It took a few years to Allana to re-enter playing in the league. The first time Allana played in a rugby league game for women took place in the year the year 2015. She played well against Queensland and also represented New South Wales. Allana's radio career has grown by the time she has been a regular guest on the 2GB Continuous Call Team, a highly rated program. Allana holds a professional teaching qualification outside of sports. Allana Ferguson enjoys the rare distinction to have represented Australia at three different sporting events - Rugby Sevens as well as Rugby League and Touch. Allana Ferguson, Jillaroos athlete who played an extensive period of rugby league but had to stop her career early after she tore her ACL a fourth time. Ferguson ruptured her ACL four times before she was 15, 17 and twenty. When she was injured the fourth time, suffered the injury, her playing career was ended. Ferguson played for JILLAROOS's team and had to retire before the end of the season due to a 4th injury to the left ACL. Ferguson confirmed to The Courier Mail that she suffered the injury during training during November. Ferguson has been the face of women's Rugby League over the course of several seasons.
